Our Story COASTAL HOMES OF MARCO ISLAND Jacqueline Varni collaborates closely with Kent Pecoy to custom design homes that are specifically tailored to meet each of our client’s individual vision and needs. Before putting pencil to paper, Jacqueline and Kent take the time to get to know you, your family, your lifestyle, your tastes and your own unique personalities to ensure that they are designing with you in mind. Jacqueline and Kent both believe that at Coastal Homes of Marco Island, we do not design and build houses, we design and build Homes. Prior to working for Coastal Homes, Jacqueline founded Jacqueline Daugherty Architecture, LLC, where she designed custom, residential homes and additions in the Farmington Valley. Prior to starting her own practice, Jacqueline worked for Jack Kemper of Kemper Associates, an accomplished, award-winning architect in the Farmington Valley. Mission Statement At Coastal Homes of Marco Island, we understand that when you choose a builder, you’re not buying a commodity, you are developing a relationship. Through excellent communication and follow-through, we aim to build trust and create strong, successful partnerships rooted in honesty and integrity. We are passionate about creating innovative home designs that reflect the unique personality and lifestyle of each of the families with which we collaborate. Our team strives to go above and beyond to deliver quality construction, superior craftsmanship, and an exceptional customer experience. At Coastal Homes of Marco Island, we build homes, not houses; we develop neighborhoods, not subdivisions. We believe that what we leave behind matters, because building your home is not only our legacy, it’s yours too. Corporate Philanthropy At Coastal Homes of Marco Island, we believe a rising tide lifts all ships. In that spirit, and in solidarity with members of our community, we work with as many groups as we can to support our neighbors, donate to medical causes that save lives and lend our subject matter expertise, materials, person-power and gifts-in-kind where and when we can. We don’t just build houses – we build homes – and being a participatory member of the communities in which we live and work is just part of what we do.
