Jim Gottstein, a graduate of Harvard Law School, founded the Law Offices of James B. Gottstein in 1985. Mr. Gottstein has over 20 years experience representing clients in a wide-range of business matters, public land law and more recently on mental health issues. Continuously since entering private practice in 1978, Mr. Gottstein has represented one or more Alaska Native Corporations, formed under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, as well as representing plaintiffs in the Alaska Mental Health Trust Lands Litigation from 1984 through its conclusion in 1997.
