As a local tri-athlete and avid cyclist Dr. Christopher is especially adept at understanding sports injuries and can help you maintain peak performance. Dr. Christopher has been certified in Active Release Technique (ART) since 2003. For the past several years she has been part of the ART Ironman treatment team and has treated various injuries on Elite athletes and age groupers alike. Dr. Christopher is currently training for 2011 Ironman Arizona. As an athlete involved in this unique event, she has a excellent understanding of what a tri-athlete goes through and the potential injuries that can be associated with such intense training.
